01 Product Overview: One System, Connecting Multiple Field I/O Devices
SV-Link is a remote I/O module system developed by SVLEC. It connects to PLCs or upper-level control systems via an IO Gateway, and interfaces with field sensors, actuators, and various input/output signals through Expansion Modules.
The system consists of IO Gateways, Expansion Modules, Power Modules, and Connecting Cables. A single master station can support up to 32 slave stations with a maximum system extension distance of 30 meters. It is ideal for automation equipment, production lines, logistics conveying, packaging machinery, assembly lines, and other industrial environments.

02 Core Advantages: Enhancing Efficiency Across the Entire Lifecycle
Standardized Installation, Reduced Wiring Complexity:
Features a standardized structural design that supports secure 2-hole screw mounting. The modular layout relieves the wiring pressures of traditional point-to-point connections, keeping the equipment neat. For OEMs, standardized installation accelerates assembly, minimizes wiring errors, and shortens commissioning times.
Flexible Responses to End-User Demands:
Different machines, workstations, and applications require different I/O counts and signal types. SV-Link supports a diverse range of expansion modules, including Digital Input (DI), Digital Output (DO), mixed DI/DO modules, Analog Input (AI), Analog Output (AO), and Temperature Input modules. Users can flexibly combine modules to handle everything from basic switching signals to complex analog data acquisition.
Configure the Machine Only Once:
The system supports modular configuration, allowing flexible pairings of gateways and expansion modules. For standardized or mass-produced equipment, completing the configuration once means it can be rapidly replicated across identical machines, eliminating repetitive work and speeding up project delivery.

Continuous Diagnostics, Streamlined Maintenance:
Built-in continuous diagnostic functions monitor the status of the gateway, I/O modules, and individual ports. The system delivers a wide range of diagnostic data, including communication status, undervoltage, overload, short circuits, abnormal values, cable breakages, and actuator alarms. This allows maintenance technicians to pinpoint issues faster, reducing troubleshooting time and maximizing uptime.
Minimized Inventory Overhead:
Thanks to the modular architecture, the same set of standard modules can be recombined for different projects. OEMs and system integrators can reduce stocking complexity and increase component universality, significantly lowering inventory pressures.

03 IO Gateway: Compatible with Mainstream Industrial Ethernet Protocols
The SV-Link IO Gateway serves as the communication interface between the I/O system and the PLC. It supports multiple mainstream Industrial Ethernet protocols, ensuring seamless integration into control systems from various brands and platforms.
